THE ULTIMATE EXPEDITION TOURING/SEA KAYAK! Special ordered with a full carbon footplate for using surfski technique for maximum efficiency using leg drive and core rotation while pushing off of the footplate instead of arms only paddling with footpegs. You can also put your feet out to the side like normal paddling or to roll it.

NEW FOR 2023, S18 G2: redesigned hull to increase efficiencies with and without a load. Improved cockpit ergonomics for comfort and paddling effectiveness. The S18 G2 comes standard with three hatches and a keel strip.

The Stellar 18 G2 (S18 G2) is the latest iteration of one of the originals. Known for its great glide, stability and speed, keeping those highlights we tweaked the hull for additional efficiency, stability and capacity. The S18 G2 shares the same hull and deck as the S18 EXP G2, but one less hatch and bulkhead. The S18 is as at home on flat water eating up the miles as it is in big water providing you confidence to get where you want to. The S18 EXP G2 fits a wide range of paddler builds and has ample cockpit volume for large shoes to fit in.

Description: Single skin laminate hull made of Carbon & Kevlar® fabric, with clear gelcoat finish, and the deck is the standard Advantage construction. The hull is designed to be flexible and durable, but creates a stiff boat that can take some abuse in the class I and II rapids and shallows, but is also at home in the ocean or the flats. The Surf Ski Multi-Sport construction comes standard with an over-stern rudder and fittings for an under-stern rudder.
