2 years ago 2021 Excellent customer service on four separate occasions! Jeff has exceeded my expectations on four different occasions. I have purchased an Ares OC1 from him, then a paddle, later I purchased some accessories (leash, straps etc.), and most recently a Vega Surfski. On this most recent purchase he made a special effort to call me and set up delivery very close to my home. This delivery saved me a few hundred dollars in gas and many hours of driving. I could not be more impressed. If you are in the market for an outrigger canoe or Surfski give Jeff a call.
a year ago 2022 Jeff is very accommodating and helpful. When he didn't have a particular boat in stock for me to try, he arranged for me to meet someone else who did have the boat. Once I ordered a boat, Jeff picked up the boat and delivered it to a spot near my home so that I didn't have to pay delivery fees. He also answered questions promptly. It was a pleasure to work with him.

He’s patient with your questions, thorough with his answers, and just incredibly nice. After talking with him you end up feeling really confident with your purchase because he helps steer you towards something he’s certain you’ll be happy with. And your purchase is really just the beginning. From that point on everything is hands on with his in-person delivery, setup, demo… I can’t think of any company that can offer what he does or any person that works as hard to make another person happy. I can’t say enough good things about Paddle Dynamics & Jeff Schnelle.
I came across his site while researching Epic dealers near me (5 hours
north lol) Jeff responded to my inquiry right away and spent a lot of
time answering my many questions. I had been looking and trying out
different models since last summer. After taking an hour lesson (with
another dealer 5 hours south), I asked the difference between the boat I
was in and the next model. I was told I can go to the Epic site and see
the differences. I know on paper this one is 18 ft this one is 20 ft . The
fact that Jeff has paddled so many and has extensive knowledge about
how each boat handles and the differences between them was the key
to getting me into the perfect boat for what I want to use it for (which
happened to be an Epic V10 Sport) Jeff just happened to be traveling
to the east coast so he met up with me to deliver my new boat!! Even
though he had been driving all day (and still had some driving to do)
Jeff helped me install my new roof rack, set up the boat, and gave me a
demo on proper paddling technique ..... I got in and he gave me many
pointers. You can tell from the moment you start talking with Jeff that he
is very passionate about the sport and is very knowledgeable . He also
truly cares about getting you the right fit for your paddling needs. It was
a great experience, I’m so happy I waited and found Jeff! I will now be
getting all my paddling needs and accessories from Jeff and Paddle
Dynamics! I highly recommend him !YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!
I feel like he’s an old friend I’ve known for years. Like I said in the
beginning ....I can’t say enough good things about Jeff & Paddle
Dynamics.

I was recently shopping for a new kayak paddle. I found Paddle Dynamics through an Internet search for Epic wing paddles. Most Internet purchases are “click and buy” with zero personal interaction. Since I was unsure which model and size paddle would work for me I contacted Jeff Schnelle the owner of Paddle Dynamics. Jeff was extremely helpful and used his personal and professional knowledge to guide my decision. Not only did Jeff help me with my decision, he went above and beyond to make sure I had an exceptional shopping experience. When my paddle was delayed in shipping (through no fault of Paddle Dynamics) Jeff helped me track down the paddle. Jeff even followed up to make sure my paddle arrived safely.

I am a seventy year old sculler and canoeist who quite recently bought an Epic
Kayak V5 Ultra from Jeff Schnelle of Paddle Dynamics (Irma, WI). Since purchasing
the V5, I have paddled the vessel four times and love how it performs. The V5
is fast, light, stable, turns easily, and holds its line when paddled in choppy
waters. In the coming years, I expect that I will use my V5 as often as I use
my Peinert Dolphin and my Wenonah Advantage at our family lake place in
northern Wisconsin. While I am not a competitive sculler or canoeist, I like to
get in a fast hour long row or paddle each day that I am at our lake place. I
know that I will be able to get in a good workout in my V5. I was pleased to work with Jeff Schnelle in the purchase of my V5 because he
was very helpful in determining which one of the Epic Kayak surf skis would be
best for me, because he delivered my V5 to our lake place near Cumberland, and
because he took me for a paddle in a surf ski double so that I could begin
learning the surf ski paddling technique which is clearly different from kayak
paddling technique. If I want to buy another Epic Kayak product, I will gladly
do business with Jeff again.
